Protest and March to Defend Medical Marijuana Patients and their Collectives!

Post date: Oct 14, 2011 9:00:54 PM

Tuesday, October 18th from Noon – 2pm

From Civic Center (1200 Third Ave) to Federal Building (880 Front Street)

US Attorneys in California have decided that they no longer respect the rights of patients, voters or the laws of California and are prosecuting medical marijuana collectives and cooperatives.

Here in San Diego, our local US Attorney, Laura Duffy, has issued letters to every medical marijuana collective and their landlords ordering that every collective cease operation within 45 days or the federal officials will confiscate the buildings they reside in.

Our local City Attorney, Jan Goldsmith, is coordinating and providing them with information for their offense against medical marijuana. He has also launched his own offense to sue every collective in the city.

Help us defend the collectives and coops of San Diego!

Join us on Tuesday, October 18th at noon at the civic center plaza, where the city attorney’s office is located. We will have a rally, from there, we will march to the federal building, where Laura Duffy’s office is located, where we will have another rally.

To voice your protest, you can also call:
